EDIT: If you want to see some pictures from the new house, this is the place to look: http://tomteninja.bilddagboken.se
Check October 5th.
I'm not sure about the day number anymore.. but it should be 89, 90 or 91. Let's say 90.
So three months. Woop-dee-fucking-doo. Things are moving on smoothly at the Holmström/Love/Martin (Noel's last name is Love. And yes, it's awesome.) residence. We're getting settled in, the internet is working, the work is working, the Chinese is working. I love the Chinese. It's awesome. It makes me happy, because it's easy to learn but it's so MUCH to learn so you will never know it all. Chinese is a very complex language for a westerner, but it's easy to learn what you study (at least for me). So whatever I study I learn pretty quick, which gives me a feeling of constant progression.. but at the same time I know I know not even 1% of the language yet, which means I will never get that dull sort of "Well, this was fun but now it's finished.." feeling that I usually get. There's so much to learn and study within the Chinese language spectrum that it's a life-long study. When I have learned to speak Chinese and write traditional characters.. well I can always start learing the simplified characters too.
But I'm progressing and I can feel that my grip of the language is growing by the day. Today I got a mail in Chinese and I actually understood the general context (a guy is interested in Sweden and it's language and culture). Awesome! 好牛B!
For those of you who have installed Chinese character, here comes a good old Chinese diss: 他媽的
I'll get some pictures of the place soon but I can't find my camera cable.
Take care.
