Day 75

So, things I'm going to miss when(if? IF?!) I move back to Sweden:

My scooter.
Being able to drive a scooter without being lame.
Being able to drive a scooter without worrying about a license (even if I get stop I just speak Swedish and they cant be bothered to care about me).
Being able to bypass most traffic "laws", even when there are cops nearby.
Being able to buy 68% alcohol at 7-elven, 24 hours per day. Not that I have ever done it more than once, and even then it was on accident. Still, the fact that I CAN is somehow comforting.
Being able to get a decent lunch for 50 NT (10 SEK).
Meeting 65-year-olds who can't speak a word of English but still wants to befriend you.
Trying to speak Chinese.
Writing Chinese.
Reading Chinese.
Getting stared at constantly by anyone below the age of 10, and waving back (scaring the shit out of them).
Getting stared at by most people every now and then.
Getting the day off because of a Typhoon.
Driving for 40 minutes through heavy rainfall, wearing raincoat, helmet and sunglasses (i.e. looking like a total retard).
Not really caring about if it rains or not - you're so used to it and you will always have your trusty raincoat (except when you forget it).
Saying "Nî hâoooo :)".
Saying "Xìe xie".
Being able to say "nigga" whenever you want without people thinking you are being racist (na-ge is pronounced sorta like that and means "that").
Being able to survive on 15 hour work weeks.
People around you being named "Ariel", "Apple" and "Lion".

There are loads more but these are the ones I can think of right now.

Tomorrow we are moving. And in the evening the teachers at my school is having an all-you-can-eat BBQ. For free. Fuck yeah. Hopefully we will all be able to make it. The only thing that's better than good food is free food.

Fred ut.

Edit: Look at me, I'm so good! I wrote this up without any help (except the chinese character locator program, but I can write them by hand too!). Love me, love me, look at me!
